Experiment Commission: Revipanda

I was calling her Spring myself.
Anyways this is a commission for ReviPanda 

Gender: Totally Female
Purpose: Designed to trap enemies in other dimensions.
Future Use: Haven't decided where yet, perhaps as a traveling companion.
Powers: 
- Main: Portals opened by strong electric discharges. After every few portals, needs to be recharged with a thunderstorm.
- Sub: Super strength, climbing walls, dexterous tail.
Build Type: I'very always been fond of the stitch-like anthro body type.
Anything specific: Long ears that she wraps around her neck like a scarf, retractable extra arms, long dexterous tail, think mew-two from pokemon.
Colors: I'm thinking dark cool colors.
Anything else: I picture this cutie being shy, and not liking her feet touching the ground so she sits on her tail most of the time.
